6 step approach
Discover
Through an in-depth conversation with you, we dive into what your data is, and what you’re expecting to gain from an AI assistant. Which questions do you need answered?
Build
Using the data you’ve supplied, we get to work on a ‘virtual colleague’ - an initial application which hasn’t been fully trained and tuned, but is aware of the data you’ve provided.
Play
The virtual colleague is ready and you’ll get access to it. This is the time for your initial tests, where we ask you to share the assistant with as many people in your company as possible. This allows us to gather feedback and finetune the model - you’re the final experts on your data after all!
Improve
We process your feedback and start training the colleague - which includes changing settings, but also manipulating the data you’ve provided for better use by the model.
Verify
Time to put the colleague through the wringer again. You can test the new version and we’ll gather new feedback. The goal of this phase is to see if our new colleague is ready to become a full-fledged coworker.
Next step
Did the intern make it through the probation period? Are we ready to go, or does it need a remedial class? We’ll discuss together and see where to go from there - either to production, or through another tuning and testing phase.
